2. Camera, Location, Microphone & Virtual Try-On Data

• Camera & Virtual Try-On: Used strictly for user-initiated features such as Decart AI Virtual Try-On previews, return evidence uploads, or profile image capture. Camera feeds, live streams, or uploaded try-on photos are processed transiently to render visual garment overlays.
• Biometric & Facial Protection: YARE and Decart AI do not harvest, store, sell, or trade facial geometry, biometric signatures, or raw camera media generated during Virtual Try-On sessions. Try-on media is never deployed for surveillance, emotion tracking, or social categorization.
• Location: Approximate IP-based location is used for regional currency localization. Precise GPS location is accessed only when permission is granted for delivery calculations or location-specific services.
• Microphone: Used only for user-initiated voice interactions (e.g., voice search). Audio is processed solely during active feature usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
• Send transactional receipts, order confirmations, and delivery notifications.
• Manage account security, password resets, and customer support requests.
• Send promotional announcements and logbook releases (only with opt-in consent).
• Optimize performance, monitor site integrity, and prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Permission Management

Camera, location, and microphone permissions are prompted directly by your browser or operating system at the point of action.

You can revoke access at any time through your browser's site settings or operating system privacy configuration. Disabling permissions may limit specific interactive features (such as Virtual Try-On) but will not impact core store browsing or purchasing.

5. Cookie Categories & Preferences

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for session security, account authentication, shopping cart retention, and CSRF token verification.
• Analytics Cookies: Measures aggregate traffic metrics, page responsiveness, and product engagement to improve system architecture.

6. Third-Party Data Processors & Acceptable Use

• Decart AI Inc. (Data Processor): Processes user-submitted image inputs and video streams for real-time virtual try-on execution under Decart's master privacy terms and Acceptable Use Policy (https://decart.ai).
• Financial & Logistics Partners: Mobile money processors, banking institutions, and dispatch couriers for order fulfillment.

All third-party processors operate under strict data handling agreements. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

7. Your Data Rights

Subject to local regulations, you hold the right to:

• Request access to all personal information associated with your account.
• Request corrections to inaccurate personal records or missing contact data.
• Request the permanent deletion of your profile and order history (Data Erasure).
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the opt-out link in any newsletter.
• Request an export of your personal data in a structured, portable format.

8. Retention & Data Safeguards

Personal records are retained only for as long as required to maintain your account, satisfy tax/accounting requirements, or enforce legal terms.

YARE operates primarily out of Ghana and fulfills orders globally. Where cross-border data transfers occur, we apply contractual safeguards in compliance with applicable international privacy standards.
