Sizing & Fit Verification

We understand that trying on your order upon delivery is necessary to verify proper sizing and fit. You are expected to try on your items once delivered to confirm they fit comfortably.

If an item does not fit as expected or an incorrect size was delivered, you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability) within 7 days of delivery or pickup fulfillment.

Eligibility Guidelines

To remain eligible for a size exchange or return after trying on your purchase, returned garments must satisfy the following condition criteria:

• Must be unwashed and unaltered.
• Must be free from damage, stains, makeup, deodorants, perfumes, or heavy scents.
• Must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Jewelry must be returned in its original protective pouch.

How to Request a Size Exchange

1. Email tezayarena@gmail.com with your order number and requested size swap.
2. Our team will confirm stock availability and send dispatch instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
4. Hand off the package to our designated motorcycle or vehicle courier.

Dispatch & Shipping Costs

Courier dispatch fees for size exchanges or return returns are the customer's responsibility.

If YARE fulfilled an incorrect size or a defective item, we will arrange and cover all local courier dispatch costs required to swap your item.

Refund Processing & Store Credit

Where a size swap is unavailable, eligible returns will be processed via digital YARE store credit or direct Mobile Money (MoMo) reversal within 3–5 business days of inspection.

Sale or archive collection items are eligible for size swaps (subject to stock availability) or digital store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective garment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will immediately arrange a free courier exchange or issue a full refund.
