Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian where your local law allows, to create an account or place an order.

Device & Hardware Usage Terms

Some features request access to camera, location, or microphone. Permission is requested by your browser or device only when needed for a specific feature.

• Camera: May be used for virtual try-on, profile images, or upload flows such as return evidence. If denied, camera-based features may not work.
• Location: May be used to estimate shipping fees, delivery windows, and nearby collection options. Approximate location may still be inferred from IP.
• Microphone: May be used for voice search or voice-enabled support where available. Audio is captured only after user action.

Accounts, Security & Suspension

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abusive behavior, security abuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

Product Information, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain occasional errors or differ slightly due to display settings and production variation.

We reserve the right to correct listing errors, update pricing without prior notice, limit quantities, and cancel orders where a listing is materially incorrect or unavailable.

Orders, Payments & Currency

Accepted payment methods include available checkout options such as Mobile Money, cards, and other gateways enabled at checkout. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party processors.

Order confirmation is issued after payment authorization and stock validation. Currency conversion and bank fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the provided address or on carrier handoff where required by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled according to our return policy and applicable consumer law. Items must generally be returned in original condition unless defective.

If an order has not entered processing or shipment, cancellation requests may be accepted. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including design assets, logos, text, product photography, and code, is owned by or licensed to YARE. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially reuse content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YARE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, disputes shall be brought before competent courts in Ghana. International customers may also have mandatory rights under their local consumer laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest effective date will appear on this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
